Documentation
Passports
All U.S. citizens must carry a current passport. If you are not a U.S. citizen, please consult your country’s nearest consulate for passport and visa requirements.
Air Transportation
Airfare costs and availability are subject to change at any time prior to payment. Even after you have paid, tours with scheduled air transportation with, to, or from the United States airline are subject to supplemental price increases that may be imposed by the supplier and/or government. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you consent to any such price increase. We will not change your requested seat assignments on commercial aircraft without permission. However, airlines often change seat assignments to satisfy their loyalty members or because of equipment changes. We are not notified of these changes in advance, and often clients are not made aware of these changes until they arrive at the airport. We cannot be held responsible for seat assignment changes made by the airline. Frequent flyer programs are private agreements between airlines and passengers. We cannot be held responsible for mileage discrepancies involving airline loyalty reward programs. Once travel is completed, Isle Inn Tours cannot issue copies of airline tickets for clients with frequent flyer programs. Therefore the traveler should keep the passenger coupon or original itinerary provided.

Insurance
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) Package is available – see Page 2 for details. CDW is mandatory in Ireland. The client is responsible for CDW insurance. You can obtain CDW insurance in one of the following ways:
1. By purchasing CDW through Isle Inn Tours at the time of booking.
2. By purchasing the CDW from the rental car company at the commencement of the rental period.
Please note: MOST credit card companies have discontinued CDW coverage in Ireland. If you hold one of the select credit cards that do provide the coverage and you wish to avail of that benefit then you must purchase your entire package on that credit card and present the credit card with written documentation of coverage for the dates of travel in Ireland from your credit card company to the car rental company upon commencement of the rental.

Location Service Charge
A LSC of €26 per rental is applicable when clients opt not to prepay car insurance. The LSC is waived when CDW insurance is purchased in advance.

Operator Cancellation and Substitution
We will make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Itinerary as it has been published; however, the final Itinerary may vary due to availability and factors beyond our control. Insurance Offer and Warning
To guard against unforeseen circumstances, Travel Insurance is strongly recommended and is available for purchase.
